 The transport technology of coiled main cable strands with superlength and large size was introduced in this paper on the basis of two examples.One is the main cableXihoumen Bridge which is a steel structure suspension bridge with the span of 1 650 m; the other is the maincable strand with the size of Ø5 ×169 wire ×4 250 m and the weight of 120 t.
